  • Main idea 1: the business must answer all customers’ inquiries promptly, clearly and truthfully
    • Supporting idea: 
      • a high-quality service means providing customers with a smooth and pleasant experience from pre-purchase to post-purchase stage
      • they have to handle customer complaints in a polite and constructive manner by offering a satisfactory replacement or a refund if they’re at fault (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt khác: It is necessary to handle customer complaints effectively to ease their discomfort and disappointment)
    • Example: 
  • Main idea 2:  managers need to train their employees to deliver great customer service (IELTS TUTOR gợi ý cách diễn đạt: training staff with appropriate behavior and politeness is also a key mission as they are fundamental in terms of customer service)
    • Supporting idea: There are lots of things that staff members can do, such as ensuring that customers are greeted in the right way, their problems are handled quickly, and they are asked for feedback
    • Example:  For example, the staff in my favourite cafe greet customers as soon as they come through the door, and they always check that we are happy before we leave.
