IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:

Today, I would like to tell you about a hugely influential Vietnamese actor, Trấn Thành, who has become a household figure (người quá quen thuộc – someone widely recognized and familiar) in the entertainment industry thanks to his remarkable versatility and undeniable charisma.

He is best known for starring in a wide range of genres (nhiều thể loại – a variety of film types), from heartwarming romantic dramas to fast-paced action comedies and even thought-provoking fantasy movies. What makes him stand out is his ability to deliver pitch-perfect performances (màn trình diễn chính xác – extremely accurate and emotionally fitting acting) regardless of the role. He effortlessly switches from humorous scenes to emotional, tear-jerking moments, which is why he is considered one of the most multi-talented actors (diễn viên đa tài – someone skilled in many areas) of his generation.

As for his personal life, one thing that really impressed me was learning that he once donated a huge sum of money to help a child battling cancer. This gesture showed his altruistic nature (bản chất vị tha – a selfless concern for others) and made my respect for him skyrocket. It reminded me that behind all the fame, he is still a deeply compassionate individual who genuinely wants to make a positive impact on society.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

The main reason for his massive popularity is his magnetic screen presence (sự xuất hiện cuốn hút – the ability to attract viewers effortlessly). His comedic timing, expressive gestures, and captivating mannerisms (cử chỉ cuốn hút – distinctive and engaging behavior) make every scene he appears in incredibly memorable. I still vividly remember watching him in a weekend TV series about fifteen years ago when I was just a kid. Even then, his witty expressions and dynamic energy left a lasting impression on me. His performances were so effortlessly humorous (hài hước tự nhiên – naturally funny without trying) that I couldn’t stop laughing.

To sum up, Trấn Thành is not just an actor; he is a cultural icon, a trendsetter, and a trailblazing performer (nghệ sĩ tiên phong – someone who introduces innovative styles) whose talent and personality have captured the hearts of millions.

IV. PART 3

QUESTION 1: Why are some actors paid much higher than others?

Today, I believe some actors receive higher salaries mainly because they have a strong box-office pull (tức là khả năng thu hút khán giả đến rạp – the power to attract large audiences). This means their presence alone can guarantee huge ticket sales, creating a high-revenue impact (tác động tạo ra doanh thu lớn – the effect of generating significant profit) for film studios. For instance, when a globally recognised star takes on a role, production companies often expect immediate financial returns. Another reason is that top actors usually possess a highly refined craft (kỹ năng diễn xuất được mài giũa tinh tế – highly polished acting skill). Such actors can lift the overall quality of a film through subtle emotions, convincing expressions, and deep character interpretation. This is especially valuable in films with character-driven narratives (cốt truyện tập trung vào nhân vật – narratives focused on character development). For example, critically acclaimed performers often transform an ordinary script into something memorable. As a result, their salaries reflect both their artistry and their commercial influence.

QUESTION 2: What are the effects when children work as actors?

In my view, one major effect is that child actors may experience premature exposure (tiếp xúc quá sớm – exposure to adult pressures earlier than normal) to stress and public judgment. This can lead to anxiety and emotional fatigue because they constantly perform under the spotlight. For example, some young performers struggle with balancing school, family, and demanding filming schedules. Another effect is that early fame can create a distorted self-perception (nhận thức lệch lạc về bản thân – an unrealistic understanding of one’s own identity). Children might start believing that popularity equals personal worth, which is psychologically harmful. This issue often becomes worse in industries that rely heavily on image-centred promotion (quảng bá dựa trên hình ảnh – marketing that focuses on appearance). For instance, when children receive praise mainly for their looks or charm, they may feel pressured to maintain unrealistic standards. Therefore, working as actors can bring both opportunities and significant psychological risks.>> Form đăng kí giải đề thi thật IELTS 4 kĩ năng kèm bài giải bộ đề 100 đề PART 2 IELTS SPEAKING quý đang thi (update hàng tuần) từ IELTS TUTOR

QUESTION 3: What happens when children enjoy dressing up?

When children enjoy dressing up, one effect is that it encourages imaginative exploration (khám phá bằng trí tưởng tượng – creative mental activity). This helps them rehearse different roles and situations, which strengthens their social understanding. For example, children who pretend to be doctors or firefighters learn basic problem-solving skills. Another effect is that dressing up promotes early identity experimentation (thử nghiệm bản sắc sớm – trying out different personalities and roles). This allows children to discover their preferences, strengths, and communication styles. Such experiences are essential in households that provide play-based learning opportunities (cơ hội học qua chơi – educational opportunities built on playful activities). For instance, children who freely choose costumes often express emotions more confidently. Consequently, dressing up can support both cognitive growth and emotional development.
