IELTS TUTOR gợi ý bài tham khảo:

Today, I would like to tell you about a frustrating online shopping experience that left me both shocked and disappointed.

It happened about two months ago when I visited the usual store where I always purchase dairy-based nutritional products. Unfortunately, they were temporarily out of stock, so I decided to look for another option. I came across a store on Shopee with a massive following (lượng người theo dõi khổng lồ – a very large number of followers) and a highly-rated profile (hồ sơ được đánh giá cao – a store with excellent customer ratings and reviews) due to their top-notch logistics (dịch vụ hậu cần hàng đầu – excellent shipping and delivery service), after-sale support (hỗ trợ sau bán hàng – assistance given after a product is bought), and overall product quality.

Before making the purchase, I read dozens of customer comments, especially the not-so-glowing ones (những đánh giá không mấy tích cực – slightly negative reviews) to get a well-rounded picture (cái nhìn toàn diện – complete understanding) of possible issues. Feeling somewhat reassured, I ordered two cartons of Ensure milk cans.>> tham khảo CẦN VIẾT & THU ÂM BAO NHIÊU BÀI ĐỂ ĐẠT 8.0 SPEAKING & 7.0 WRITING?

However, the moment the package arrived, things began to feel off-kilter (lệch lạc – strange or abnormal). The product packaging looked flimsy and poorly-printed (mỏng manh và in ẩu – weak and low-quality), and the smell was completely different from the one I had been using – which I knew for certain was authentic.

At that point, I felt utterly betrayed (bị phản bội – feeling deceived or tricked). These cans were clearly counterfeit goods (hàng giả – fake products), which could pose serious health risks if consumed over time. I was furious and immediately contacted their customer service.

To their credit, the representative responded promptly. I expressed my disbelief and discontent (sự không thể tin nổi và bất mãn – strong dissatisfaction and surprise), and demanded either a replacement or a refund. After a bit of back and forth, the staff agreed to let me exchange the products and even reimbursed me (hoàn tiền – returned the money I spent) the price difference.

While I appreciated the resolution, this incident left a sour taste in my mouth (ấn tượng không tốt – an unpleasant memory). I’ve since become a much more cautious buyer (người mua cẩn trọng – someone who shops carefully), always double-checking seller reputations before clicking “buy.”
