IELTS TUTOR hướng dẫn 🔥Bài mẫu IELTS Speaking Part 1 chủ đề "patience" kèm từ vựng (Quý 2/2025)

I. Kiến thức liên quan

II. Bài mẫu IELTS Speaking Part 1 chủ đề patience

1. Are you patient?

Yes, I believe I’m quite a level-headed (bình tĩnh, điềm tĩnh – calm and sensible) person, especially in high-pressure situations. My upbringing taught me to keep my cool (giữ bình tĩnh – to remain calm) even when things don’t go my way. For instance, when I missed my flight last year, I stayed calm and found an alternative route instead of panicking. I think patience is something I’ve cultivated over time (rèn luyện dần theo thời gian – gradually developed), not something I was born with.

2. Would you say you are a patient person?

I would describe myself as someone who has developed a long fuse (khó nổi giận – not easily angered) through experience and maturity. I used to get frustrated over trivial (nhỏ nhặt – minor or unimportant) matters, but I’ve learned to take things in stride (xử lý mọi việc nhẹ nhàng – to accept things calmly). For example, dealing with slow internet used to drive me crazy, but now I just wait or find something productive to do in the meantime. Patience has become a cornerstone of my personality (phẩm chất cốt lõi – a key part of one’s character).

3. Did you use to be more patient or less patient than you are now?

In the past, I was definitely more short-tempered (nóng nảy – easily angered), especially during my teenage years when I lacked emotional control. I would often blow up (nổi nóng – suddenly become angry) over small inconveniences like missing the bus. However, growing up has taught me the value of waiting and being composed, even in nerve-racking (gây căng thẳng – stressful) situations. Now, I’m much more balanced and rarely react impulsively.

4. Have you ever lost your patience?

Absolutely, I once lost it during a last-minute group project (dự án nhóm phút chót – a project done under time pressure) when some teammates kept procrastinating. Despite several reminders, they showed no urgency, and I finally snapped (phát cáu – suddenly expressed anger) during a heated discussion. That experience made me realize the importance of working with like-minded (cùng chí hướng – having similar attitudes) individuals. Since then, I’ve been more selective about who I collaborate with.>> tham khảo CẦN VIẾT & THU ÂM BAO NHIÊU BÀI ĐỂ ĐẠT 8.0 SPEAKING & 7.0 WRITING?

5. What do you become impatient about?

I tend to feel impatient when people are chronically late (luôn luôn trễ – consistently not on time) because I see punctuality as a form of respect. When someone shows up late without any explanation, it makes me feel like my time isn’t valued. I usually bite my tongue (cố giữ bình tĩnh – try not to speak out angrily) at first, but repeated lateness really tests my limits. I believe being on time reflects one’s sense of discipline (ý thức kỷ luật – self-control and responsibility).

6. Do you think patience is important?

Yes, patience is a virtue that underpins (đức tính hỗ trợ – a quality that forms the foundation of) healthy relationships, effective learning, and professional growth. Without it, people often make rash decisions or damage connections with others. I’ve noticed that in high-stakes environments (môi trường căng thẳng – situations with a lot at risk), those who are patient tend to thrive while others crumble. It’s not just a personality trait; it’s a powerful life skill (kỹ năng sống – essential ability for daily functioning).
